CG Investments provides a complete package from choice of your home site, to the construction, decoration and rental program! We offer lots 1/2 acre to 3 acres in size priced from $29,500.00 to $189,500.00. Financing can be arranged with local banks, or in some cases we will carry the note. Most lots include:Paved road access, power set up, Health and county dept permit to build with immediate availability of all utilities.
You have the choice to use our approved licensed builders or your own. Our builders offer a variety of floor plans, or they will custom build your dream Log Home.
Local Banks provide a simple loan process to make the construction and mortgage one easy closing. The construction loan is paid as funds are disbursed. Only interest will be paid during the construction phase. Once construction is completed, the loan becomes your mortgage. This saves you additional costs! Upon completion of your Log Home, we will provide a list of local reputable businesses that will help you through the decoration stage.
